I was born in Boise, Idaho, to young renegade parents who built houses, chased mountains, and raised six kids with horses, dirt, and danger as our playground. A tragic accident shattered our middle-class stability and threw us into poverty, trauma, and religious wounds. Yet through family upheaval, adventures, motherhood, and a relentless search for truth, I’ve emerged thriving — deeply valuing myself and others more than ever.

I’ve healed from my own trauma, helped others heal, and discovered that my true essence is to sing, to rise as a rockstar alongside other renegade souls, and to carry our voices across the globe — making bold, loving, expansive change while adventuring to the depths of this planet.
